You're providing relief to the vulnerable in Jamaica

Twenty days after Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica with record-breaking winds, much of the island remains devastated. Electricity is lacking in many places. Villages are flooded. Food is scarce.

In the middle of it all, you are providing life-saving support and hope.

Ongoing relief efforts

Recovery from Hurricane Melissa will take years and require extensive resources. Right now, On Mission Network leaders are paving the way for long-term efforts by people like you and churches like yours to transform lives.

God is at work in Jamaica, and you are part of it through prayer, financial support and volunteering.

Be in prayer about how your church can impact lives in Jamaica through providing hope amidst disaster. We have upcoming trips through the first quarter of 2026 that will include: food distribution, temporary roofing and light and medium construction as we rebuild roofs and homes. We also have acquired hundreds of complete furniture sets (beds, tables, chairs) we are working to coordinate delivery for use in Jamaica once homes are rebuilt.

Yes, there’s a lot of work.
Yes, it requires a lot of logistical support.
Yes, it is expensive.
We covet your prayers for safety and healing for all involved and we welcome any financial support you can provide.

Thank you for living on mission to bring healing at home and around the world.
